M-FSM45
The MFSM45 is a Magnetic based Fast Steering Mirror of +15 mm diameter clear aperture (in SiC, metallic or glass substrate) with +50 mrad angular stroke. The MFSM45 can be equipped with Eddy Current positioning sensor (ECS) for accurate positioning control.
