Le projet repose sur l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;actionneurs fluidiques permettant de r\u00e9attacher l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement a\u00e9rodynamique malgr\u00e9 des angles de braquage \u00e9lev\u00e9s des gouvernes. Deux technologies sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9es : les <strong>Sweeping Jets<\/strong> et les <strong>Synthetic Jet Actuators (SJA)<\/strong>. Elles sont d&rsquo;abord \u00e9valu\u00e9es en soufflerie, puis lors d&rsquo;essais en vol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L&rsquo;actionneur \u00e0 jet synth\u00e9tique pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique (SJA) d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et retenu pour ce projet atteint une course de piston de <strong>2 mm \u00e0 235 Hz<\/strong>, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une vitesse de jet sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 <strong>200 m\/s<\/strong>. Les essais en soufflerie ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que, pour une vitesse d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement de <strong>30 m\/s<\/strong> et un angle de braquage d&rsquo;aileron de <strong>20\u00b0<\/strong>, le SJA permet de r\u00e9attacher compl\u00e8tement l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement sur l&rsquo;aileron. Ce syst\u00e8me fera ensuite l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;essais en conditions r\u00e9elles de vol.<\/p>\n<p>Le consortium FACELIFT r\u00e9unit quatre partenaires : <strong>Cedrat Technologies<\/strong>, <strong>Berliner Institut f\u00fcr Technologietransfer<\/strong>, <strong>ESC Defence<\/strong> et <strong>ONERA<\/strong>.
