Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses capteurs, actionneurs et transducteurs, CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES a mis au point divers composants et techniques SHM originaux pour le g\u00e9nie civil et l&rsquo;a\u00e9rospatiale :<\/p><ul><li class=\"text-justify\">Dans les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques (ponts, canalisations, r\u00e9servoirs, pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques d&rsquo;avions), l&rsquo;objectif est de d\u00e9tecter la corrosion et d&rsquo;anticiper l&rsquo;affaiblissement de la structure avant qu&rsquo;elle ne se rompe.<\/li><li class=\"text-justify\">Dans les structures composites (a\u00e9rostructures d&rsquo;avions), il s&rsquo;agit de surveiller la sant\u00e9 des panneaux composites en d\u00e9tectant les dommages, les imperfections et les d\u00e9fauts (fissures, d\u00e9lamination, collage, impacts&#8230;) afin d&rsquo;anticiper les grandes fractures.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans les deux cas, les techniques vibro-acoustiques sont pertinentes et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es au CTEC. Les techniques \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence reposent sur des capteurs pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectriques bas\u00e9s sur des patchs et des ondes ultrasoniques. CTEC a notamment mis au point des syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection des ondes de Lamb, dont l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique \u00e0 \u00e9cho puls\u00e9 LWDS45. Le principe de fonctionnement est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nXVAHV3vDgU\">vid\u00e9o LWDS<\/a>. Les techniques basse fr\u00e9quence bas\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sonances des structures sont alternatives chez CTEC en utilisant des excitations APA\u00ae ou PPA et des capteurs de vibrations (patchs, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres, &#8230;). \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>La d\u00e9tection magn\u00e9tique est utilis\u00e9e dans une large gamme de contr\u00f4les non destructifs (CND) et dans certaines applications SHM, similaires \u00e0 celles mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus, mais uniquement pour les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques.
